Pilates is a great way to get your body moving after birth, with low resistance body weight exercises it is suitable no matter of your fitness level.
Pilates can help you rebuild your core/pelvic floor strength, improves posture and breath as well as helping you become more aware of how your body reacts to movement.
If you are looking for a local post natal class, then look no further. Babies under 1 welcome.
A pre-course registration form should be filled out prior to attending a class.

Pilates is a great way to work on your breath, posture, body awareness & core strength no matter your current fitness level. A low intensity exercise that uses your whole body.
For the class you will need a mat or a towel to lay on, a cushion for comfort, one of the following: can of beans, light hand weight or a resistance band. A laptop/tablet to ensure that you can see the class clearly and I can see you clearly. A zoom account to log onto the class may be needed.
If you have never done Pilates before, you may want to do a one to one session with me to ensure that you are aware of the foundations of the core needed to benefit from the exercises. You are more than welcome to message me and we can arrange an online one to one session. Classes are mixed ability.
